Commercial site plans submitted for this review, revised <br />date 1/26/90, shall be amended to include the following: <br />A) Parking area to rear of principal structure within <br />location of stalls 3, 4 and 5 shall be expanded eas­ <br />tward for a minimum of 40' from the west property line. <br />4. The 10' wide paved area between stall 1 and the south <br />property line shall be removed and green area restored. <br />5. Applicant has agreed to either reside existing structure <br />or repaint sometime prior to September deadline date. <br />6. Any Improvement proposed of the existing deck on the <br />south side of the structure cannot involve an extension <br />closer than the current deck to the street lot line.
