The retaining wall plan appears to be in excess <br />of what is necessary for bank stabilization. <br />would be difficult to <br />erosion evident on the <br />The bank from the house to the lake is very steep and <br />maintain. there is not a significant amount oL <br />property even though we have had a very wet summer. <br />There does appear to be a need for a retaining wall on the east side of the <br />boathouse. This wall could be extended along the walkway area about 25 feet <br />to allow proper grading.
