LIGHTLY <br />3585 FREDERICK STREET <br />Mr. and Mrs. Lightly were present for this matter. <br />Bernhardson briefly explained the applicants' original and <br />revised proposal to construct an addition, a pool and oatio. <br />Mr. Lightly explained the two lines that have been drawn to <br />depict the average lakeshore setback. <br />Mayor Grabek asked if the neighbors .(B^aaten and McLeoa, <br />3565 Frederick Street) were still objecting to tne Lightlys <br />proposal. <br />SO that the structure is setback an additional IJ i.e.-t. <br />Mayor Graoek asked if the neighbors were aware of the <br />revised plan. <br />Mr. Lightly stated that the neighbors have not seen the <br />revised plan. <br />Mabusth noted that only the pool and patio would encroach <br />into the average lakeshore setback area. <br />Goetten stated that the purpose of the average lakeshore <br />-'sa^r^hlr^a not <br />obstruct any views of the lake. <br />Motion Ayes-5, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />- 6 -
