Officer accepts <br />$74.00 fine from wife and declares case closed. <br />2/27/90 Inspector sends letter to defendant stating payment <br />of fine in no way makes his deck a legal structure, requires <br />permit application and required submittals to be provided to City <br />no later than 3/6/90. <br />3/7/90 submittals not received. Inspector requests City <br />Attorney to take further action. <br />3/16/90 applicants come to office to discuss and were told a <br />survey must be provided. <br />5/18/90 survey provided ~ see attached memo from Mike <br />Gaffron, Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator. <br />J
