The new easements will follow the new <br />lot line, being 5' either side of that line. <br />As of this writing, we are unaware of any existing <br />utilities within the existing easement to be vacated. Vacation <br />and rededication of easements should have no impact on either <br />property. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the vacation of easements as <br />described, conditioned on applicants granting the appropriate <br />new easements 5' either side of the new lot line. <br />Isv
