If that detail is not available at this time, it seems <br />likely that Planning Commission will not grant a hardcover variance <br />for those items now, and you will have to app'y for another hardcover <br />variance at the future times those additions are to be built. <br />Provide information to staff regarding grading plans in back yard <br />area. <br />Planning Commission indicated they would likely not look favorably on <br />a setback variance for the deck. Possible options would be to lower the <br />sections in question so they don't need a railing, or cut back the deck to <br />a point where it's no more than 30" above grade. <br />Please contact Mike Gaffron at 473-7357 if you wish to meet to discuss <br />how to proceed. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as Planning Commission <br />on Monday, August 20, 1990; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after review and approval <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />Isv
