As we <br />discussed, the decrease in hardcover would appear to be a <br />positive improvement to the property. In order to make your <br />variance application complete, the following additional items <br />must be submitted: <br />1. Preliminary plans and elevation views of the proposed <br />porch, screened porch and deck additions. <br />2. Certifie property owners list of owners within 150' <br />(you must obtain this list from the Hennepin County <br />Department of Fi’'ance, A-603 Government Center, 348-3271). <br /># <br />3. Plat map (obtained with the property owners list). <br />4. Variance application base fee of $175.00, after-the-fact <br />application fee of $175.00, total fee of $350.00. <br />• <br />Pleare submit the above items to us by noon on Friday, June 22, <br />1990. Your application would then be scheduled for the July 16t <br />Planning Commission meeting, with Council action scheduled for <br />August 6th.
