Mabusth, Building s Zoning Administrator <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />Enclosed is our application and fee to start the subdivision process for <br />the Cox property . ffe look forward to the same pleasant association we <br />had with the City on the previous subdivision. <br />We are proposing a 13 lot subdivision which we believe meets all city <br />requirements. In examining the road system which affects the overall <br />layout of the subdivision, we considered several alternatives. Our <br />initial layouts all utilized County Road 6 but considering the esthetics <br />of the subdivision and the traffic volume on County Road 6 we are proposing <br />only one outlet onto Willow. We hope that you will agree that this <br />particular piece of property , like so many in Orono, deserves to have the <br />beauty preserved as best we can.
