Lots 2 and 3, Block <br />1 and Lot 3, Block 2 all require variances because they do not <br />abut a public road. Variance for existing garage on Lot 3, Block 1. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Planning Commission should review the above items with the <br />applicant and make a recommendation on each issue as part of your <br />recommendation to Council. Staff would recommend the following <br />laundry list of approval conditions: <br />1. Revise private road Outlot C to conform to City <br />Engineer's proposed sketch. <br />2. Recommend that the road in Outlot C between the end of <br />the newer pavement and the cul-de-sac be constructed to City <br />private road standards. <br />3. Grant standard road and utility easements over Outlot C. <br />4. Require execution of standard covenant for maintenance <br />of this private roadway. <br />5. Developer's agreement to be executed between the City <br />and the developers for upgrading of the road.
