Planning Commissioner Brown questioned <br />how the City would protect the draintile or drainage ditches <br />running through this property? Mabusth replied that they would <br />be protected with drainage easements. Kelley placed the <br />applicant on notice that he should submit information pertaining <br />to the location of the draintile before coming back before the <br />Planning Commission. Motion, Ayes=6, Nays=0, Motion passed. <br />#1440 1ST NATIONAL BANK OP THE LAKES <br />2445 SBAOYWOOD ROAD <br />COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />CONTINUATION OP PUBLIC HEARING 7:56 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Bank. <br />Mr. Mark Winter was present as a representative for the <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth provided a brief <br />explanation of the application being presented. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Hanson, to recommend approval of the commercial site <br />plan for application #1440, and the installation of an additional <br />lane. Motion, Ayes=6, Nays*0, Motion passed. <br />#1441 DON COPLEY <br />1185 TONKAWA ROAD <br />VARXANCSS <br />CONTINUATION OP PUBLIC HEARING 8:03 P.M. TO 8:09 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Copley was present for this matter <br />Building and Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained that <br />staff's hardcover calculations had been incorrect due because a <br />portion of the 0-75' setback area was not included. Staff has <br />calculated that there will a 1.2% increase in hardcover in the <br />75-250' setback area. Mabusth said there will be a 1 to 1.5 <br />encroachment of the average lakeshore setback line. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson asked Mr. Copley whether he <br />would be willing to remove existing hardcover in order to keep <br />the percent of hardcover the same? <br />Mr. Copley said that he would prefer not to remove any of <br />the existing hardcover.
