The <br />previous applicant and owner had been advised by a structural <br />engineer that the existing foundation was adequate. <br />Unfortunately, the unplanned, excessive costs has forced Ms. <br />Whitney to sell the property. <br />\i <br />The current applicant proposes no changes from the plans <br />originally approved in Application #1432. The application <br />involves merely the replacement of the existing foundation under <br />the existing structure located in front of the average lakeshore <br />setback line. The previous elevations submitted for Application <br />#1432 are applicable for this review (Exhibit H). <br />i
