Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Ilenry lluhich. Building ft foning Administrator, <br />stated that the Planning Costnisolon at their <br />November 1, 1976 meeting recommended approval <br />of street and side yard setback variances for <br />a garage for Harvey Larson, 1342 Rest Point <br />Circle. <br />Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the <br />street and side yard setback variances for a <br />garage for Harvey Larson, 1342 Rest Point Circle, <br />per the Planning Commission tlinutes of November 1, <br />1976. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Henry thihich. Building ft Zoning Administrator, <br />stated that the Planning Coimnission at their <br />November 1, 1976 meeting approved the lot area <br />and width setback variance for Bruce Peterson, <br />2446 Carman Street. Approval was based on the <br />fact that there is no additional land available <br />and proposed addition would follow existing house <br />extremities and not encroach the existing setbacks. <br />The proposed addition would make a vast improvement <br />to the property. <br />Taurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />lot area and width setback variance for Bruce <br />Peterson, 2446 Carman Street, per the Planning <br />Conmiss'on Minutes of November 1, 1976. Motion, <br />Ayes <3) - Hays (0). <br />flenry Ihahich, Building ft Zoning Administrator, <br />stated that David J. Kruskopf, 1200 Wildhurst <br />Trail, is requesting a lot area and width <br />variance. <br />This property is located in a LR-10 residential <br />zone. Mr. Kruskopf is requesting a variance from <br />lot area and width requirements of one acre (43,560 <br />sq. ft.) and X40 ft. lot width.
