Failure^ to <br />file the land use application by the specified deadline date will <br />necessitate the issuance of a citation to you by the City of <br />Orono. <br />The City has also been advised that you have filed an <br />after-the-fact application for a sand blanket installed within <br />your lakeshore yard. Please be advised that the timber retaining <br />walls adjacent to the sand blanket also located within your <br />lakeshore yard would require a conditional use permit^ and <br />variance approval.
