The ordinance also <br /> included a list of"record lots" that were too small for a cabin by themselves but could be granted <br /> permanent lot area variances for a cabin if someone were to assemble two or more that totaled more <br /> than half an acre and agreed to combine them into one tax parcel so they could not be sold separately. <br /> Your two record lots (240 and 250 Big Island) would fall into this category. I've enclosed a variance <br /> application form and a tax parcel combination form. I've also enclosed an envelope to return the <br /> application form. There is no application fee. The combination form will be due if the request is <br /> approved. <br /> We found several unprocessed applications in the files. They will be considered by the Planning <br /> Commission on February 16. I've taken the liberty of including your property on this list but for the <br /> Commission to make a recommendation regarding your property I need to receive the forms by that <br /> date.
