This identification is part <br /> of a special section that inventories lot by lot the ownership patterns <br /> ; and existing uses of island propert.y . Based on this record , the ordinance <br /> ' then "grandfathers" building rfghts for these Record Lots by �aking �hem <br /> i eligible for lot area variances .
