<br />Minnetonka; thence Southwesterly along the shore of said lake 188.78 feet to a point which is 710.1 feet
<br />West of said Section line being also the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed by Deed recorded in Book
<br />488 of Deeds, page 237; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land as deeded in Book 488 of Deeds,
<br />page 237 a distance of 400 feet to the Northerly line of said County Road, said point being 724 feet West
<br />of the Section line; thence Southeasterly along said County Road to the point of beginning, except that
<br />part thereof embraced within the following described property:

<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 51, as dedicated
<br />in the recorded plat of "Lydiard's Park" Lake Minnetonka and the East line of Lot 7, in said plat;
<br />thence South 64 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, assuming the East line of said Government Lot 1
<br />has an assumed bearing of South, a distance of 224.11 feet; thence North 02 degrees 08 minutes 00
<br />seconds East along a linelhereinafter referred to as said LINE A,. to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka;
<br />thence Southwesterly along said shoreline to said East line of Lot 7; thence Southerly along said East
<br />line to the point of beginning,
<br />and except that part of the entire above described property lying north of a line hereinafter referred to
<br />as LINE B, drawn at right angles from a point on the east line of said Section 8 distant 494.5 feet south
