<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whitney MacMillan, and
<br />Elizabeth S. MacMillan, husband and wife, being respectively the
<br />fee owners of, and the holder of an inchoate interest in, the
<br />following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
<br />State of Minnesota, to wit:

<br />of said road 100 feet to a point, which said point shall be
<br />the beginning point of the land herein to be described, said

<br />to Joseph Chapman by Book 1130 of Deeds, page 9, #1420930;
<br />thence running Northerly along the Westerly line of said
<br />land so conveyed to said Chapman, 710.6 feet to a point in
<br />the North line of said West 1/2, which said point is 237
<br />feet Westerly measured along said North line from the said
<br />Northeast corner of said ascertained West 1/2; thence
<br />running West along said North line 406.5 feet to the
<br />Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4;
<br />thence running South along the West line of said Northwest
