<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Donald J. Scott and Constance M. Scott, husband and wife., owners and
<br />proprietors of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin., to wit:
<br />That part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 3, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth
<br />Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />Section 8 in Township 117^ Range 23, and 1765.5 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section;
<br />thence East parallel with the South line of said Quarter Section 1300 feet; thence South, parallel with the West
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter, 480 feet, more or lesa, to the North line of the tract of land conveyed to the
<br />Electric Short Line Railway Company by J. W. Rosandar and Hattie V. Elliokoon, whose maiden name was Hattie
<br />V. Rosander, and Benjamin F. Elliokson, her husband, by Deed doted April 25, 1913, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds (now known as County Recorder) of said Hennepin County in Book 743 of Deeds on
<br />page 26; thence Southwesterly along the northerly boundary line of said tract conveyed to said Electric Short
<br />Line Railway Company, to the West line of said Section; thence North on said VVeat line 917.1 feet, more or
<br />less, to the point of beginning; according to the Government Survey thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
<br />Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as L[)NG\/EVV^ and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public
<br />use forever the drive, the easements for utility purposes and drainage and utility purposes as shown on the plat.
