<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Pauline Vanderhoof, a widow, fee owner, and David R. Carlson and
<br />Jan W. Carlson, husband and wife, contract purchasers, of the following described property situated in the

<br />The tract marked Reserve in the plat of "Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka", according to the recorded
<br />plat thereof.
<br />And that Charles Leroy Pegelow, fee owner, and Ethel M. Pegelow, his wife, who joins in the execution of
<br />this plat to bind her interest as spouse of said fee owner of the following described property situated in
<br />the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:

<br />Also Lot 17, "Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka" according to the recorded plat thereof and the accretions
<br />to said Lot 17 lying between the Southerly extensions of the Easterly and Westerly lines of said Lot
<br />17 to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka.
<br />And that George L. Adams and Donna L. Adams, husband and wife, fee owners of the following described
<br />property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
<br />Lot 18, "Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka" according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County and the accretions to said Lot 18 lying between
<br />the Southerly extensions of the Easterly and Westerly lines of said Lot 18 to the shoreline of Lake

<br />Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ISLAND POINTE and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
