<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Ruth C. Herrick, a widow and unmarried, owner and
<br />proprietor, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State
<br />of Minnesota, to wit:
<br />That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter and the
<br />Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 118,
<br />Range 23 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line
<br />of said �outhwest quarter distant 57 feet Southerly of as measured at
<br />right angles from the centerline of the main track of the Minneapolis
<br />Industrial Railway Company as now located and established; thence South
<br />along said East line to a point distant 283.23 feet South of the North-
<br />east corner of said Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter; thence
<br />South 19 degrees 40 minutes best a distance of 938.06 feet- thence
<br />South. 27 degrees 40 minutes West to the centerline of the Luth. Minne-
<br />apotis and Watertown Road, also called the Wayzata Long Lake Road
<br />thence Northwesterly alongg said centerline to its intersection wish
<br />a line drawn parallel with and 57 feet Southerly of, as measured at
<br />right angles from,, the centerline of said main track; thence North-
<br />easterly along said parallel line to the point of beginning. For
<br />purposes of this description the East line of said Southwest quarter
<br />is assumed to be a due North and South line.
<br />Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as HERRICK CIRCLE and do hereby donate
<br />and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road, the circle, and the utility
<br />and drainage easements as shown on the annexed plat.
