<br />corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, fee owner
<br />of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of

<br />West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described, as follows-. Beginning at a point on
<br />the North line of said Northeast Quarter distant 2310 feet East from the Northwest
<br />corner of said Northeast Quarter-, thence on an assumed bearing of West along
<br />said North line a distance of 1320 feet to the point of beginning of a line
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Line A": thence on a bearing of South along said "Line
<br />A" a distance of 1320 feet, and said "Line A" there ending, thence on a bearing of

<br />exception being described-, thence South 1 degree 07 minutes East a distance of
<br />279 feet-, thence North 88 degrees 53 minutes East'a distance of 205 feet, thence
<br />North I degree 07 minutes West a distance of 279 feet- thence South 88 degrees
<br />53 minutes West to the point of be -ginning-, ALSO EXCEPT that part of the East 510
<br />feet of the South 550 feet of the North 1320 feet of Government Lot 6, said Sect -ion
<br />9, lying West of a line drawn on a bearing of South from a point on the North line of
<br />said government lot distant 2310 feet from the Northwest corner of the Northeast

<br />Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as FRENCH LAKE OF ORONO, and
<br />does hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road, and the
<br />drainage and utility easements and drainage easements as shown on the plat,
