KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of Long Lake, a Minnesota
<br />municipal corporation, fee owner of the following described property situated
<br />in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
<br />All that part of Government Lot 2, Section 35, Township 118, Range 23,
<br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of
<br />the Burlington Northern Railroad (formerly the Great Northern Railroad
<br />and the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railroad), with the West
<br />line of said Government Lot 2; thence Southerly on said West line to a
<br />point 628.32 feet (9.52 chains) North of the Southwest corner of said
<br />Government Lot 2, which point is the intersection of the Southerly
<br />right-of-way line of said railroad with said West line; thence
<br />easterly along said Southerly right-of-way line 496.32 feet (7.52
<br />chains); thence South to a point on the South line of said Government
<br />Lot 2 and 479.82 feet (7.27 chains) East of the Southwest corner
<br />thereof; thence East on said South line to the Southeast corner
<br />thereof; thence North on the East line of said Government Lot 2 to its
<br />intersection with the Northerly right-of-way line of said railroad;
<br />thence Westerly along said Northerly right-of-way line to the point of
<br />beginning, excepting and reserving the right-of-way of said railraod;

<br />right-of-way line a distance of 715 feet to the point of
<br />beginning of the property being described; thence continuing
<br />Easterly along said Southerly right-of-way line a distance of 145
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90 degrees a distance of 144 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 86 degrees a distance of 170.10 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right to the point of beginning.

<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Government Lot 2
<br />distant 317.82 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence East
<br />along said South line 162.00 feet; thence deflecting left 254.40 feet
<br />on a line which if extended would intersect the Southerly right-of-way
<br />line of the Burlington Northern Railroad (formerly the Great Northern
<br />Railway and the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railroad) at a
<br />distance of 496.32 feet Easterly, measured along said right-of-way
<br />line from the West line of said Government Lot 2; thence Southwesterly
<br />to the point of beginning.

<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the

<br />to a point 838 feet Northwesterly along said centerline from its
<br />intersection with the South line of said Section 35; thence
<br />Northeasterly 1120.8 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as FLEMING TRAIL and does hereby
<br />donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road, Trail and
<br />Circle and does hereby grant to the City of Long Lake the utility and drainage
<br />easements as shown on the plat.
