<br />East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence South on said East line 420.65 feet to the place of beginning. Also
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 23, distant 1410.65 feet
<br />North of the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence West, parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter,
<br />distant 15.69 chains more or less to the West line of the tract of land described in and conveyed by that certain deed dated
<br />March 2, 1895, by Catharine Cox, widow, to Lucinda J. Greene, recorded April 27, 1895 in Book 427 of Deeds, Page 288;thence
<br />North along the West line of said tract of land distant 294.5 feet; thence East and parallel with said South line, distant 15.69
<br />chains to the East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence South on the East line of said Southwest Quarter, distant 294.5 feet to

<br />said Southwest Quarter at a point distant 990 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence West and
<br />parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance,of 990 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing
<br />West on said parallel line to the West line of the Tract of land described in and conveyed by that certain deed dated March 2,
<br />1895, by Catherine Cox, widow, to Lucinda J. Greene, recorded April 27 1895 in book 427 of deeds, page 288; thence South along
<br />the West line of said tract of land to the North line of the South 838 feet of said Southwest Quarter; thence East along said
<br />North line parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter to the intersection with a line drawn South and parallel with
<br />the East line of said Southwest Quarter from the actual point of beginning; thence North along last said parallel line to the
<br />actual point of beginning.
<br />Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DICKEY LAKE ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
<br />public use forever the road, and the drainage and utility easements and the .drainage easement as shown on the plat.
