Right-of-way dedicated to County. <br />Landscaping Plans - <br />Plans were not submitted to the City when this report was written. <br />Drainage - <br />The drainage plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer (Exhibit F). <br />Approval subject to the following has been recommended: <br />1. Elevation of culvert across County driveway be provided. <br />2. One hydrant would be required - <br />shown on Exhibit H.
