Culvert design computations, dated October 16, 1985, unsigned. <br />4. Copy of USGS quad map showing estimated boundaries of tributary <br />drainage area. <br />The Board approved the permit application. <br />This permit is valid for one year. If construction is not complete within one <br />(1) year, an extension must be requested.
