He stated that he did not want <br />to commence with the expense of septic: testing or <br />another survey until he had an indication that the City <br />would approve the subdivision. <br />Chairman Kelley stated that he felt there should be 2 <br />contiguous dry acres. <br />Be 1 lowsconc ur red with Chairman Ke 1 ley's statement,, <br />Goetten stated that she would like to know the <br />background for approval of the precedent cases. <br />{ Planning Commission indicated to Mr. Pexa that they <br />would need additional information regarding soil <br />borings, wetlands, and drainf ie ld and well locations in <br />order to make a recommendation; and that it was up to <br />the applicant to decide if he wishes to undertake the <br />additional expense when they can r:ot guarantee that they <br />will recommenj approval. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconJed by Bellows, to approve <br />the Minutes of the September 1�, 1986 Planning <br />Commission meeting.
