The following <br />staff: Building & Zoning n i n A represented the City <br />g Administrator Mabusth, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron and <br />Recorder Peterson. Ong <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained the the revised <br />plan now reflects the redesignated we <br />9 wetland area. Based <br />on the area, the proposal meets the 2-acre lot standard <br />Staff requests the site evaluator to re -submit a n <br />septic design to assure that it. will be located ? new <br />the wetland based on the redesignated 5' from <br />g a ted wetland and area. <br />Dennis Kumlin was present for this matter and stated he <br />had no problem with the redesignated wetland area. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Chairman Kelley,to <br />recommend approval 1 <br />PP per staff recommendation and subject <br />to the new septic design being submitted prior to the <br />August 11, 1986 Council meeting.
