Staff recommends that if the applicant is <br />to verify that the sewer unit was P unable <br />can find no record of it being paid and the city <br />ng paid; it must be <br />collected when/if the building permit is issued now. <br />Ronald Glesne was present for this matter, as were th <br />prospective buyers cf the lot, David & Cheri Will e <br />G lesne stated that he talked to the Mr. <br />Arthur Ah lm who subdivided Previous owner, <br />ded the property, and Mr. Ahlm <br />no longer has those records nor can he remember, if th <br />the sewer unit fee was paid. David Wi 11 stated t e <br />did not feel that the should d that he <br />Y have to pay this fee <br />ee and <br />that requiring them to pay the fee may <br />difference as to whether or not y makthe <br />they can purchase the <br />lot. <br />No one was present from the public regardin this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. g <br />It. was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded b Bellows to <br />recommend approval 1 y ' <br />PP per staff recommendation and <br />conditions as outlined,, including Condition #1 requiring <br />the sewer unit fee to be collected with issuance q g <br />building permit.
