Amended <br />to <br />read "and no <br />meals other than a <br />light breakfast shall <br />be <br />provided on <br />the premises..." <br />1. The property must satisfy all applicable lot <br />standards for the given zoning district in addition to <br />meeting the area ratio of 1/4 acre per guest room, but <br />in no case shall the number of guest rooms exceed 6. <br />2.
