Also present on applicants behalf was Joe <br />Backes who also owns property on Big Island. <br />Mr. Lund stated that the work will be <br />volunteer workers and scout troops on <br />noted that they have acquired insurance <br />covers the volunteers. <br />Mr. Fund <br />boathouse. <br />done mainly by <br />weekends.
