I once again explained <br />exactly what we needed, but he felt they shouldn't have to submit the mylars and <br />hardshel is that we wire especially ial req pe ly since one lot will be part of the pub 1 is <br />park system. <br />I explained to him that the preliminary approval was given for the subdivision <br />proposal on the basis of two residential lots meeting code requirements. <br />fie informed me that the Park Reserve was definitely consideringpurchasing the <br />larger parcel as an addition to the Pak P g <br />in <br />r Reserve property and felt the cost <br />involved in supplying the required engineering data would be too high, <br />I told him that the City had never made a determination whether they wanted an <br />adds t ions to the Park Reserve until we had <br />same expl anat ion as to the long range <br />plains of the system.
