Ferndale Road Lot Rearrangement Mr. Skarp is requesting approval of a lot rearrangement to regain 4-6' of the Rovick property which was originally his. fie lost this through torrensing procedures by Hr, McCaffrey at the time Council approved the division of RLS 013720 At the time Council approved this subdivision, they did not insist on mylars and ha.rdshells so we had no certified property descriptions - only sketches. However, once Council approved this subdivision as described, Mr. McCaffrey tor rensed the property. �fr. Skarp missed the court hearing notice of publica- tion relating to the torrE-ns ing of the adjoining property. Little did he know that the new property description was moved eastward from 4 to 6 feet. His west lot line now nuts right through his house. Mr. Skarp has been ve fortunate in having such a cooperative new neighbor Mr. Mrs. Odd Rovickhowever,, They have agreed to convey this strip of property back to Mr. Skarp. The Rovick's attorney, John Carroll, has assured nee he would submit a statement from the R+ovick's agreeing to convey the property as described in the letter. I am enclosing a copy of an earlier memo I sent to Council in regards to the WCaffrey property at 1065 W. Ferndale Pbad. I don't think this error would have occurred if the proper documents were submitted at the time the applica- tion for the subdivision of RI,S # 1372 was made.
