Gaffron, Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator <br /> DATE: January 28 , 1987 <br /> SUBJECT: Big Island R.L. #46 - Joe Backes - Water Meter <br /> To Be Provided At No Charge For Monitoring Purposes. <br /> Per our agreement of 1-8-83, the City will be providing a 5�/8" Water <br /> Meter/Horn/Remote Reader package to Joe Backes for purposes" the City <br /> monitoring his SB-2 sewage treatmnet system. The installation of this <br /> meter is the responsibility of Backes. His plumber will be installing it <br /> and other fixtures in the near future. <br /> When Backes� plumber, Dennis Gezel, picks up the permit for plumbing, <br /> you may issue the plumbing perm t (normal charge) and issue a meter package <br /> at no charge. Write on the plu�ing permit: <br /> "Meter # , Reader # , <br /> Provided at no charge, for monitoring purposes. Property owner <br /> assumes all responsibility for installation and maintenance of same." <br /> Tom Kuehn - This should be charged back to the septic program, per our <br /> discussion of 1-28-87 . ( $95 per 1987 fee schedule ) <br />
