As designed, the 40’ x 24’ garage addition encroaches into the setback by 12.5 feet. <br />The existing detached side load garage is situated on the rear property line resulting in a 0-foot <br />setback. Additionally there is an existing driveway/parking area on the street side of the garage <br />completely within the County right-of-way.
