Applicant should provide a written statement regarding <br /> emergency procedures to be followed in cases of emergency. <br /> J) Submit a copy of the current liability policy/coverage for <br /> the Big Island Veterans Camp operation. <br /> 2. The approval of the day use recreation area has been based on a <br /> site plan submitted by the applicant. This final site plan has been <br /> included as page 6 of this resolution. <br /> 3. Non-combustible (i.e. crushed rock) ground cover is required 4' <br /> in width around the fire rings and the charcoal grill areas. <br /> 4. Fire station ground area must be kept clear of weed coverage, <br /> chains instead of wires to be used for holding the triangle and <br /> a�propriate signage defining the triangle for alarm use only. <br /> 5. Signage plans (Exhibit C, Council packets 6/27/88 meeting) have <br /> been approved except for camp sign by dock that is 8' by 8' must be <br /> reduced to no greater signage area than 50 s.f. <br /> 6. Approval of the joint use dock licence by the LMCD for a dock to <br /> be installed at the day use recreation area providing an increase in <br /> boat units. <br /> 7. Applicant must apply for the legal combination of the three <br /> separate parcels that make up the 57 acre facility <br /> 8. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not <br /> with the owner, but are permissive only and must be exercised within <br /> one year of the date of Council approval or the special conditions of <br /> this Resolution will expire on that date (June 27, 1989). <br /> 9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and condi- <br /> tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br /> code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and <br /> shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees � <br /> to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the Board of <br /> Governors, Big Island Veterans Camp their heirs, successors and <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
