<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MEDSURETY LLC and MATRIX TRUST AS <br />HEALTH REIMBURSMENT ARRANGEMENT TRUSTEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City of Orono changed its vendor for its Health Reimbursement Arrangement effective <br />September 1, 2022 from Further/HealthEquity to MEDSURETY LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MATRIX, was the previous Trustee of the City of Orono HRA Trust administered by <br />Further/HealthEquity; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MEDSURETY LLC and MATRIX Trust is the successor Trustee of the City of Orono HRA <br />Trust administered by Medsurety; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, hereby designates <br />MEDSURETY LLC and MATRIX Trust as the Trustee of the City of Orono HRA Trust effective September 1, 2022 <br />and removes Further/HealthEquity as the designated Trustee. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held July 25, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br />Dennis Walsh, Mayor ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk
