The approved emergency slope repair shall conform to the submitted plans (hereinafter <br />the “Plans”) submitted by the Applicant and annotated by City staff, attached to this <br />Resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. Any amendments to the emergency slope repair which are not in conformity with City <br />codes may require further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> <br />4. A building permit must be issued before work can commence on the emergency slope <br />repair. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant shall apply for and receive an after-the-fact variance from City Code 78- <br />1279 prior to finalization of the building permit for installation of the walls. <br /> <br />6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicant, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a variance and building permit for the <br />Plans. A building permit must be applied for within 60 days of the date of Council approval, <br />or the action will expire after August 26, 2022. <br /> <br />7.
