The Orono Police Department has 5 bicycles that have been turned in to the department. The <br />bikes were found or abandoned within the city. The following bicycles have not been claimed. All of the <br />bicycles and have been in the department’s possession for more than 60 days. The police department <br />considers the bicycles as abandoned property and would like to dispose of them by donating to Free Bikes <br />for Kids or similar program for repair and distribution back to children and young adults. The bicycles that <br />cannot be fixed/used will be destroyed by Orono Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Property to be disposed of. Staff Recommendation.
