3 of 4 <br /> <br />JDD Studio 1515 Central Ave. NE, Suite 150 Minneapolis Minnesota 55413 <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6 PAYMENTS AND COMPENSATION TO THE ARCHITECT <br />The Architect’s Compensation shall be based on the following scope of work: <br /> <br />Existing Site documentation, measurements, and existing conditions drawings = 10 hours. <br />Design Documents: floor plans, ceiling plans, interior elevations and schedules = 13 hours <br />Equipment layout plans for electrical and plumbing layout for food service equipment. = 4 hours <br />Project Material Specifications = 8 hours <br /> Total Hours 35 hours @ $150/hr. = $5,250 <br /> <br />Three Site visits of 2hr each at $150/ hr. for each visit and documentation. <br /> Total Site Visit fee = $900 <br /> <br /> Reimbursable expenses for copies, printing, postage, and mileage Estimate = $450 <br /> <br /> <br />At the request of the Owner, the Architect shall provide additional services not included in Article 1 for additional <br />compensation. Such additional services may include, but not be limited to, providing or coordinating services of <br />consultants not identified in Article 1; revisions due to changes in the Project scope, quality or budget, or due <br />to Owner-requested changes in the approved design; evaluating changes in the Work and Contractors’ requests for <br />substitutions of materials or systems; providing services necessitated by the Contractor’s failure to perform; and <br />the extension of the Architect’s Article 1 services beyond 9 months of the date of this Agreement through no fault <br />of the Architect. <br /> <br /> <br />I appreciate your consideration of my firm to assist you with your project, and I’m sure we will develop a special <br />space with which you will be pleased.
