The current zoning classification for the Subject Property is: <br />B-2 Lakeshore Business <br />a. Permitted uses in the zoning district include: <br />Within the B-2 lakeshore business district, no land or structure shall be used except for one or more <br />of the following uses: <br />(1) Rental of in-water boat slips. <br />(2) Sales of boats, motors, trailers and marine accessories. <br />(3) Repair and servicing of boats. <br />(4) On-land storage of boats, winter and summer. <br />(5) Marine fuel sales. <br />(6) Bait and fishing tackle sales. <br /> <br />b. Conditional uses in the zoning district include: <br />Sec. 78-666. Conditional uses. <br />No conditional use permit shall be granted unless the property is found to be in compliance <br />with the landscaping and screening requirements of this division.
