I <br /> I <br /> ~ � 9 .50 ! <br /> �/ SEC. 9.50. JUNR CARS, FURNI`PURE, HOUSEHOLD FDRNISHINGS AND <br /> APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVAZ'B PROPERTY. It is unlawful to <br /> park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor <br /> vehicle lacking essential parts , household furnishings or <br /> appliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property, public � <br /> or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any <br /> violation of this Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon <br /> seven days written notice to the owner, as shown by the records in <br /> the office of the County Auditor, of private premises on which such <br /> material is found, the City may remove the same and certify the <br /> . cos� of such removal as any other sgecial assessment. For the <br /> purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicle shall be i <br /> defined as lacking, including but not limited to, parts essential <br /> to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train; <br /> battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the interior, <br /> including the driver's position, used for storage in such a manner <br /> that no person can operate the vehicle. <br /> SSC. 9.51. ABANDONING A MOTOR VEHYCLE. It is unlawful for <br /> any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any public or private <br /> property without the consent of the person in control of such <br /> property. For the purpose of this Section, a "motor vehicle" is as <br /> defined in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169. <br /> SEC. 9.52. PROHIBITED USE AND PARRING OF MOBILE HOMBS ANID <br /> REC1tEATIONAL CAMPING VSITYCLES. <br /> Subd. 1. Definitions. The terms "mobile home" and <br /> "recreational camping vehicle" shall mean and include the following <br /> definitions, and shall not include any manufactured housing unit <br /> bearing a State of Minnesota Manufactured Housing seal or <br /> certificate. <br /> A. "Travel Trailer " - A vehicular , portable <br /> structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary <br /> dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently <br /> identafied "Travel Trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer. <br /> B. "Pick-up Coach" - A structure designed to be <br /> mounted on a truck chassis for use as a temporary dwelling for <br /> travel, recreation and vacation. <br /> C. "Motor Home" - A portable, temporary dwelling to <br /> be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as an <br /> integral part of a self-propelled vehicle. <br /> D. "Camping Trailer" - A folding structure, mounted <br /> on wheels and designed for travel, recreation and vacation uses. <br /> ORONO CC 224 (4-1-84) <br />
