I t i s unlaw f u 1 to <br /> park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor <br /> vehicle lacking essential parts , household furnishings or <br /> apoliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property, public <br /> or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any <br /> violation of this Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon <br /> seven days written notice to the owner, as show n by the records in <br /> the office of the County Auditor, of private pre mises on which such <br /> material is �ound , the City may remove the same and certify the <br /> cost of such removal as any other special assessment. For the <br /> purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor veha=ts essential <br /> defined as lacking, including but not limited to, p <br /> to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor , drive train, <br /> battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the interior, <br /> including the driver's position, used for storage in such a manner <br /> that no person can operate the vehicle. <br /> S$C. 9.51_ ABANDONING A MOTOR VBHZCLS- ItublicnorW fr ivate <br /> any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any p P <br /> property without the consent of the person in control of such <br /> property. "Travel Trailer " - A vehicular , portable <br /> structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary <br /> dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently <br /> identified "Travel Trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer. <br /> 8. "Pick-up Coach" - A structure deaWella ng� for <br /> mounted on a truck chassis for use as a temporary <br /> travel, recreation and vacation. <br /> C. "Motor Home" - A portable, temporary dwelling to <br /> be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as an <br /> integral part of a self-propelled vehicle. <br /> D.
