BOAT CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ti*?-11cEstp30' NO. 7277 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO CONFIRM ALL CONDITIONS <br /> OF RESOLUTION NO. 7211 VACATING A PORTION OF WESTLAKE STREET <br /> HAVE BEEN MET <br /> WHEREAS, on April 21, 2021, Robert Erickson, (hereinafter the "Applicant"), <br /> made a complete application(#LA21-000029)to vacate a portion of Westlake Street;and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 9, 2021, the City Council reviewed the application <br /> approving the vacation and adopted Resolution 7211 which required the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant agrees to grant the public a drainage and utility easement <br /> to protect existing drainage and utility infrastructure. <br /> 2. The applicant agrees to provide right of way for the completion of the <br /> cul-de-sac at the proposed southern terminus of Westlake Street. <br /> 3. The applicant agrees to his unsolicited a donation of $100,000 to <br /> facilitate public improvements and services in the area. <br /> WHEREAS, on July 11, 2025, the Applicant completed all requirements of <br /> Resolution No. 7211. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota confirms items 1-3 above have been received by the City and the conditions are met for <br /> Resolution 7211. <br /> ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 25th day of July, 2022. <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> / \.)03:124>) <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> 1 <br />
