The approved emergency slope repair shall conform to the submitted plans (hereinafter <br /> the "Plans") submitted by the Applicant and annotated by City staff, attached to this <br /> Resolution as Exhibit A. <br /> 3. Any amendments to the emergency slope repair which are not in conformity with City <br /> codes may require further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 4. A building permit must be issued before work can commence on the emergency slope <br /> repair. <br /> 5. The Applicant shall apply for and receive an after-the-fact variance from City Code 78- <br /> 1279 prior to finalization of the building permit for installation of the walls. <br /> 6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicant, but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a variance and building permit for the <br /> Plans. A building permit must be applied for within 60 days of the date of Council approval, • <br /> or the action will expire after August 26, 2022. <br /> 7.
