� o� <br /> O�,,_,�,,,;��...n O CI�'� af ���3-1'�� <br /> �,�=. ��. <br /> � fN� �i•��'� :�. � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �� 4I���"3( ao^�, <br /> � � �� No. b 3 0 1 <br /> �� ����� <br /> kESHO�' <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> BAYSIDE MEADOWS <br /> FILE #13-3607 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Counci►") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEP.EAS, on June 24, 2013 the City Council considered the application by the <br /> developers Ervin Anthony Wachman Jr. and Michelle Marie Wachman, a married couple <br /> (hereinafter the "Owners") for subdivision of property identified as PID 06-117-23-22-0012; <br /> 06-117-23-22-0014; and 06-117-23-22-0018 and legally described as Outfots B, D, and C, <br /> except the North 123 feet of the West 148.5 feet of Outlot C, Bayview Farms 2"d Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 11, 2013, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6209 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed subdivision of the Property into five single <br /> family residential lots, including a private road outlot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have completed or have agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the p{atting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6209. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of Drainage and Utility Easements as required in Resolution No. <br /> 62Q9. <br /> 3. Platting of a private road outlot 50 feet in width designated on the plat as Outlot A, and <br /> granting to the City of a Road, Drainage and Utility Easement as well as establishing <br /> covenants for maintenance of said private road. <br /> 4. Dedication of all Tree Preservation; Conservation; and Wetland and Wetland Buffer <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 6209. <br /> 5. Dedication of a Public Trail Easement over the northerly 10 feet of Outlot A. <br /> 6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> Pagelof3 <br />
