There is a <br /> drainage easement for wetlands shown on the survey from when the house was <br /> constructed (1998) and a Manage 2 wetland on the property on our maps. There is a <br /> small part of the plat grading plan in the property file. It shows a "delineated <br /> wetland" on the property. The shed is too close to the easement so I looked at an <br /> aerial to get an idea where the wetland was. Looks like the wetland has been <br /> partially filled. <br /> I would like you to take a look at the property to determine where the wetland <br /> currently is. I haven't gone to the plat �le to see if there is a delineation report. I can <br /> put together background information for you. Let me know if you want to pick it up <br /> or if I should f� or mail it to you. <br /> Of course nothing is ever simple. According to the building permit survey the house <br /> sits about 5 feet from the edge of this easement.
