Note the financial guarantee is written to 150% of the cost of those <br /> improvements and shows the adjusted amount to be $51,570. Please be advised that the City cannot <br /> issue building permits for new construction within the plat until the City is in receipt of the required <br /> letter of credit. <br /> I ha��e once again enclosed a copy of the letter of credit form required by the City. Please also <br /> disregard the engineer's comments regarding private road standards as access to Lots l, 3,�nd 4 is <br /> via a private driveway. The City will require the drive as shown in design/spec plans be paved. <br /> We have address assignments for the new lots created in the Chadwick plat.
