,, . <br /> / O�? <br /> � ' V <br /> O O � <br /> ��d. - C ITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� G"� ' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t9kESH��� NO. t! � '� � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LIl\'E REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF A PROPERTY LOLATED AT <br /> 4680 BAYSIDE ROAD <br /> FILE NO. 2438 <br /> VV��REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br /> the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by Michael D. Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary Kay Snetsinger <br /> (hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br /> See attached Exhibit A (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> V�%HEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of properties to separate Parcel B from Parcel A to allow Parcel A to be legally <br /> combined with the adjacent property at 4720 Bayside Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties <br /> by the subdivider as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Charles F. Anderson, a licensed <br /> surveyor of Lot Surveyors Co., Inc., dated October 28, 1998, and attached to this resolution, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon approval of this division by the City Council, B. Peter Achey, owner of 4720 <br /> Bayside Road, shall apply to the City for the legal combination of Parcel B to 4720 <br /> Bayside Road (38-31-118-23-33-0006) as described in the above referenced survey. <br /> 2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br /> by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or <br /> Kegistrar of Titles Office on or before May 23, 1999 together with a certified <br /> original copy of this resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
