A dwelling shall not be interpreted to include lodging <br /> rooms . ' � <br /> 20. "Dwelling-Attached" - A dwe 1 ling which is joined to <br /> another dwelling at one or more sides by a garty wall or walls. <br /> 21. "Dwelling-Detached" - A dwelling which is entirely <br /> surrounded by open sFace on the same Iot. � <br /> , 22.
