"Dwelling" - A building or one or more portions <br /> thereof designed or intended to be occupied exclusively for resi- � <br /> dence �ur�oses, but not including rooms in motels, hotels, nursing <br /> homes , boardinghouses , nor trailers, tents , cabins, or trailer <br /> coaches.
