POTENTIAL FOR SYSTEM FAILURE• (�ystem age and condition soils etc.) : high COMMENTS: The drainfield is saturated and slightly surfacing. If the drainfield condition gets any worse, the system will have to be replaced within 90 days. Also, the system was inspected to confirm a 3' separation between the drainfield and the seasonal water table.
